Hey! So Glad You're Here.

​This photo is from my first job wherein I worked as a Microsoft Support in the Enterprise Platform division. This is where I fell in love with the world of Microsoft ecosystem & a deep sense of team spirit was instilled inside me. To help our global clients remotely by engaging in hours & hours of troubleshooting gave me a sense of liberation. Being here, helping others or receiving help from other techs, I realized I'd come home. At the end of the day (or night shall I say) we brought a sense of relief to someone sitting across over the pond.

Over the last few years, I worked in many partner organizations & from Office 365 SME transitioned to being a Voice specialist in the UC domain (MS Teams/SBC etc.). Being 5 years in this domain, I'd say I'm still new to the game and I try my best to keep up with the trends, inform others and try my level best to provide assistance to someone stuck in a tricky situation.

Although delivery roles are plastered over my profile, I've only recently moved to Pre-Sales Architect role with a Global System Integrator (GSI). I'm still a sucker for the tech deep down, but I guess, to speak to an audience was always where my heart tugged at.

I've started this blog primarily to make someone's life easier by means of providing clear cut, concisely drafted posts which help people learn about Microsoft Teams in an easier manner. Hope you stick around.
